What data we collect

• The contact form: name, phone or email, area, purpose, budget and your message.
• Push notifications: a technical subscription identifier generated by your browser.
• Preferences: your notification choice and language, stored locally.

How we use it

We answer requests, look for the property that fits and, if you agreed, send you notices about new properties. We do not sell the data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Legal basis

Consent for notifications, under art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Legitimate interest for answering requests, under art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

How long we keep it

Requests: at most 24 months from the last conversation. Notification subscriptions: until you withdraw consent.

Cookies and local storage

The site uses no tracking cookies and no analytics. We use the browser's local storage for the chosen language, the notification preference and, in the demo version, the message from the form. That data stays in your browser.

Push notifications

Notifications are optional. You enable them from the panel shown on your first visit or from the “Notifications” link in the footer. The browser asks for permission; you can refuse without losing access to the site. You can turn them off at any time in the browser settings or from the same link.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object and port your data, and to withdraw consent. Write to us through the form on the main page. You can complain to the Romanian data protection authority at dataprotection.ro.
