1. General information

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the syte.ro website and of the services provided by SYTE.ro (hereinafter “the Provider”), with its registered office in Bucharest, Romania.

By accessing the website or purchasing the services, the user fully accepts these terms.

2. Services provided

SYTE.ro provides the following services as part of the digital package:

Creation and maintenance of a professional website
Social media management (Facebook and Instagram)
Visual and written content creation
Digital consulting
Ongoing technical support and maintenance
Basic SEO optimisation

3. Prices and payment

The price of the services is displayed on the website in EUR and includes all applicable taxes. The subscription is monthly and can be cancelled at any time, without penalties. Payment is made in advance for the current month.

The Provider reserves the right to change its prices, with prior notice to existing clients at least 30 days before the new rates apply.

4. Right of withdrawal

Under Romanian law (Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion, without having to justify the decision and without additional costs.

5. Intellectual property

The web domain registered in the client's name remains the client's property. Content created specifically for the client (copy, personalised images) is transferred to the client upon payment.

Templates, source code and generic design elements remain the property of SYTE.ro.

6. Limitation of liability

The Provider is not liable for indirect losses, including loss of profit, data or business opportunities resulting from the use or the inability to use the services.

7. Cancelling the subscription

The client may cancel the subscription at any time by email at hello@syte.ro. The services remain active until the end of the paid period.

30-day guarantee: within the first 30 days after the first payment, the client may request a full refund of the amount paid, with no justification required. After this period, no refunds are granted for partial periods.

8. Applicable law

This contract is governed by the laws of Romania. Any dispute will be settled amicably or, failing that, by the competent courts in Bucharest.
